An Other Monday Recipe

This recipe is very easy and healthy.


  1. four eggs
  2. one banana
  3. 1/2 cup oatmeal
  4. almond milk


Put 4 eggs in the blender and add one banana, 1/2 cup of oatmeal and a bit of almond milk or regular is ok too. The texture is supposed to be liquid more than usual pancake recipe. In a cooking pan put a bit of the blended mix the temperature should be mid to low fire you can also cover it so it cooks faster. Sense the recipe is with banana i recommend chocolat (Nutella).

オムライス (omelette with rice)

this is Simon’s recipe

(not the real Japanese recipe) 

this is what you need.

  1.  Eggs (at least three)
  2. Any Japanese Rice
  3. Vegetables (of your choice)
  4. Salt and Pepper
  5. Cheese (of your choice)
  6. Herbs de Provence

Time to be creative!

This is what I do.

I take different type of mushroom like Enoki, portobello, etc. Also different type of peppers…Cook in a fry pan use avocado or olive oil when it’s done. Time to make the omelette  I take four eggs yes I said four 🙂 . Beat the eggs until blended then put in a pan when its about half cook put the ingredients in side (vegetables) use some left over rice take about one small bowl put in the microwaves 1 min then add  it to the omelette with cheese. FOLD the omelet in half with turner. With a quick flip of the wrist, turn the pan and INVERT or SLIDE omelet onto plate. SERVE immediately you can add ketchup on the side.

Simon’s French Toast 

Hello to all my visitors!

(this is an easy way to make healthy  and delicious french toast with this you will have the basic of how I do it! A list of spices that you can add but not necessary)

Easy as One! Two! Three!

Following  those step.

  1. four eggs
  2. Almond milk
  3. Bread

In bowl put four eggs and a little bit of almond milk mix everything then dip the bread in the mixture now cook it in a fry pan until you see a nice golden brown colour then flip to cook the other side.  Serve with syrup (maple syrup is the best)

(Optional List)

  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • fruits is always good


Eating healthy is simple.
